How to Reset Your Password

  1. 1 Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password".
  2. 2 Enter the email address linked to your account.
  3. 3 Check your email for a reset link (check your spam folder too).
  4. 4 Click the link and enter your new password.
  5. 5 Log in with your new credentials.

How to Schedule a Pickup

  1. 1 Log in and go to your dashboard.
  2. 2 Click "New Order" or "Schedule Pickup".
  3. 3 Select the service type (wash & fold, dry cleaning, ironing, etc.).
  4. 4 Choose your pickup date, time, and delivery address.
  5. 5 Confirm and submit your order.

How to Track Your Order

  1. 1 Log in and go to "My Orders".
  2. 2 Select the order you want to track.
  3. 3 View the current status — picked up, in progress, ready, or out for delivery.
  4. 4 You'll be notified as your order status updates.
  5. 5 Contact support if your order is delayed.

How to Download Your Invoice or Receipt

  1. 1 Go to your dashboard and click "Orders" or "Billing".
  2. 2 Find the completed order you need.
  3. 3 Click "Invoice" or "Receipt".
  4. 4 Download it as a PDF.
  5. 5 Use it for expense tracking or reimbursement.
